Barbara D Parker

A family memorial service was held on Sunday, September 30, 2018. In keeping with Barbara’s wishes, her body was donated to science. Arrangements are by Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville, IL.
Barbara was born on July 19, 1960 in Effingham, IL, the daughter of William Clemens and Mabel Dean (Julius) Kollman. She attended Effingham High School and Lake Land College. Barbara worked for the Effingham Terrace for many years.
She is survived by her; sons, John Feldhake of Beecher City, IL, Christopher Feldhake of Kenner, LA, and David “Matt” Fritcher of Effingham, IL; daughters, Sunshine Mendoza of Effingham, IL, Nicole Feldhake of Shumway, IL, Tiffany Spiker of Effingham, IL, and Billie Kollman of Effingham, IL; brothers, Paul Kollman of Metcalf, IL; James Kollman of Effingham, IL, and Jerry Kollman of Beecher City, IL; and thirteen grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mabel Kollman; and brother, John Kollman.
