A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 20, 2013 in Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville, IL with Rev. E. Wade Helmkamp officiating. Billy was born on October 19, 1958 in Shelbyville, IL, the son of Billy Walton and Betty Lou Baucom Carroll. He graduated from Findlay High School in the Class of 1977. Billy was the co-owner of B & C Painting in Findlay, IL. He married Kathy Dean in 1990.
Survivors include Kathy Dean of Sullivan, IL; daughters, Maggie Carroll and Sammie Carroll both of Sullivan, IL; step-daughter, Alison Rostek of Sullivan, IL; four grandchildren (twin granddaughters) Reese and Annabelle Carroll-Hagen and (twin grandsons) Roman and Rhyett Dees all of Sullivan, IL; brothers, John Carroll and wife Iris of Findlay, IL and Jim Carroll of Findlay, IL; sisters, Vicky Carroll of Findlay, IL and Becky Boyd and husband Bob of Shelbyville, IL; sister-in-law, Diane Carroll of Findlay, IL; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Jeffrey L. Carroll and Michael W. Carroll.
