Camron K Austin

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday in Howe & Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville with Rev. Lee Lovett officiating. Visitation from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Shelbyville. Memorials may be given to the American Heart Association.
Camron was born on May 2, 1953 in Shelbyville, the son of Elden Dean and Mariann Chamberlain Austin. He graduated from Shelbyville High School in the Class of 1971. He was a welder for Caterpillar in Decatur for 30 years and a member of U.A.W. Local 751 of Decatur.
Surviving are his sons, Bret and Brock Austin both of Shelbyville and Christopher Austin and wife Tabitha of Mt. Zion; parents, Dean and Mariann Austin of Shelbyville; and two grandsons, Daric and Connor Austin.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gilbert and Nancy Vella Austin and Wilmer “Pete” and Berniece Chamberlain.
