Diana K Leathers

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday in Glenwood Cemetery, Shelbyville with Rev. Nathan Jesse officiating. Howe & Yockey Funeral Home in Shelbyville is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society.
Diana was born on February 26, 1958 in Shelbyville, the daughter of David and Edwina “Winnie” Althaus Hendricks. She graduated from Findlay High School in the Class of 1976 and Lakeland College in Mattoon. She worked for Charles Levy in Mattoon in magazine distribution. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Findlay and American Legion Auxiliary Post #88 of Mattoon. She married Carl Leathers on September 30, 1989.
Surviving are her husband, Carl; step-daughters, Lori VanVoorhis of Mattoon, Dena Burtcheard of Mattoon and Carla Leathers of Windsor; father, David Hendricks of Shelbyville; brother, Tim Hendricks of Findlay; six step-grandchildren; and two step-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Winnie Hendricks.
