Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 8, 2013 in Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville with Rev. Greg Breeden officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00-5:00 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Decatur, IL. Memorials may be given to the First Church of the Nazarene in Shelbyville.
Mrs. Brown was born on February 7, 1938 in Ramsey, IL, the daughter of Dallas Richard and Doris Edna Folden Harris. She graduated from Morrisonville High School. Dolores attended the First Church of the Nazarene in Shelbyville. She married Raymond Ledon Brown on October 1, 1955.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond; sons, Randy R. Brown of Shelbyville, Timothy L. Brown and wife Grace of Decatur and Brian C. Brown of Shelbyville; daughter, Janice Perkins and husband Larry of Forsyth; brother, Duane Harris and wife Pat of Temple, TX; seven grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Brycie and Derald Harris; and sister, Darlene Gilbert.
