Elaine Nowakowski , 88, of Shelbyville, IL, passed away at 11:51 a.m. Sunday, December 19, 2021 in Shelbyville Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, Shelbyville, IL.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, February 11, 2022 at Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville, IL. Visitation will be from 10:00-10:30 a.m., Friday in the funeral home. Private burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Shelbyville, IL.

Elaine lived at Healthcare Management Corporation in Shelbyville, IL, and worked at Shelby County Community Services for many years.

Elain is survived by her “family” at Healthcare Management and Shelby County Community Services.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
