Elizabeth Hulick
(June 24, 1917 – September 21, 2009)
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 23, 2009 in Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville with Gary Crowder and Rev. Lee Lovett officiating. Visitation from 12:30 – 2:00 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Shelbyville. Memorials may be given to the First United Methodist Church, 205 W. Main, Shelbyville, IL 62565.
Mrs. Hulick was born on June 24, 1917 in Mode, Illinois, the daughter of Charles and Alice Gallagher Davis. She was a graduate of Charleston High School and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Shelbyville. She married Charles H. Hulick, Jr. on December 13, 1941. He died on January 27, 1999.
Surviving are her sons, Charles Hulick III and wife Paula of Murray, KY and Brad Hulick and wife Jeannette of Tolono, IL; daughters, Suzie Robison and husband Gary of Shelbyville, IL, Carole Hott and husband Stu of Sullivan, IL and Nancy Wilhelm and husband Bud of Shelbyville, IL; four grandchildren, Aaron Robison and wife Emily of Springfield, IL, Lisa Snoke and husband Ben of Shelbyville, IL, Brian Hulick and wife Kim of Vail, CO and Elizabeth Hulick of Tolono, IL; five step-grandchildren; one great grandson; and six step-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles; two brothers, Howard and Elzie Davis; and two sisters, Lora Franklin and Daisy Gordon.
