Elsie C. Fogal, 63, of Shelbyville, IL, passed away at 4:15 a.m. Tuesday, February 16, 2021 in HSHS Good Shepherd Hospital, Shelbyville, IL.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2021 in Greenhill Cemetery, Sullivan, IL. Arrangements are by Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville, IL.

Elsie was born on July 19, 1957 in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Robert and Wanda Aileen (Atteberry) Fogal.  Elsie worked at Shelby County Community Services for 40 years. She loved wearing jewelry, watches and headbands.  Elsie also enjoyed listening to her radio, visiting with friends and family, and all things Coca-Cola

She is survived by her sisters, Eileen (Richard) Quye, Beverly (Robert) Carter and Roberta Fuller; and brothers, Danny (Debbie) Boblitt and Robert (Cheryl) Fogal.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Fogal; mother and step-father, Wanda and John Boblitt; and brother, Matt Earl Lee Boblitt.
