Frank L Horn

A visitation will be held Wednesday, March 14, 2018 from 5:00-6:30 p.m. in Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville, IL. Memorials may be given to the First Christian Church of Findlay, IL or Wounded Warriors.
Frank was born on July 15, 1934 in Loudon Township in Fayette County, Illinois, the son of Charles Edward and Mary Juanita (Canull) Horn. He worked as a superintendent at Caterpillar, retiring after 32 years of service in 1987. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed his dogs and nature. Frank married Fern (Yutzy) Coslow on December 18, 1976.
He is survived by his wife, Fern of Findlay, IL; daughter, Sherry Jo Leach (Lonnie) of Decatur, IL; son, Rick Horn of Mt. Zion, IL; step-son, Robert Coslow (Shelly) of Buffalo, IL; grandchildren, Rachel Coslow of Springfield, IL, Austin Coslow (girlfriend, Brenna Vargo) of Chatham, IL, Cody Leach of Mt. Zion, Lonnie Leach of Bradenton, FL, Shawn Leach of Springlake, MI, Melissa Cotton (Kyle) of Oreana, IL, Matthew Rodgers (fiancée, Tori Deardorff) of Decatur, IL, and Jeremy Horn of Decatur, IL; and two great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; step-father, Stanley Dahms; sister, Eileen Swick; and brother, Charles Horn.
