Irma I Trimble
(June 16, 1924 – July 19, 2019)
Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, July 22, 2019 in Glenwood Cemetery, Shelbyville, IL. Visitation will be from 2:00-3:00 p.m. Monday in Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville, IL. Memorials may be given to Saving Orphaned Animals.
Irma was born on June 16, 1924 in Lakewood, IL, the daughter of Isaac and Bertha Dixon Reynolds. She married Delbert E. Trimble on April 9, 1977. Irma was a babysitter for families in Shelbyville for over 50 years and also worked at Johnston’s IGA. Irma and her husband, Delbert, later owned and operated Reaban’s Restaurant in Shelbyville, IL until her retirement.
She is survived by her husband, Delbert; daughter, Julie Warner (John) of Tower Hill, IL; son-in-law, John Donald of Shelbyville, IL; step-children, Penny Christman, Dennis Trimble (Diane) and Patti Woods (Grant); sister-in-law, Carrie Ellen Trimble of Moweaqua, IL; grandchildren, Stacy Parkinson (Matt) of Aledo, IL, Matthew Warner (Kayla) of Effingham, IL and Jason Mars (Christy) of Nixa, MO; step-grandchildren, Elizabeth Cunico, Jessica Christman, Jamie Sharp (Sara), Kimberly Endsley and Tabitha Davis; great grandchildren, Melody Collett, Rayla Parkinson, Keyan Parkinson and Jarrett Mars; and step-great grandchildren, Arabella Cunico, Lorelei Cunico, William Bendler, Noah Bray, Johnathon Pope, Havannah Miller, Isaac Reider, Eva Sharp and Cora Sharp.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Jimmy Warner; daughter, Judy Donald; brothers, Lester Reynolds (Olive) and Dale Reynolds; sister, Amelia Williams (Charles H.); and grandson, Jeremy Sharp.
