Jeffrey L. “Jeff” Milligan , 66, of Shelbyville, IL, passed away at 10:30 p.m. Thursday, April 14, 2022 in Shelbyville Manor, Shelbyville, IL.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 21, 2022 in Glenwood Cemetery, Blyman Addition, with Gary Crowder officiating. Arrangements are by Howe & Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville, IL.

Jeff was born on July 5, 1955 in Shelbyville, IL the son of Dorothy Helen Milligan. He was raised in Shelbyville by his grandmother, Minerva Milligan. Jeff worked at Glenwood Cemetery in Shelbyville for many years. He later worked for Shelby County Community Services in Shelbyville.

He is survived by his aunt, Betty Dilley; and several cousins.

Jeff was preceded in death by his grandmother, Minerva; and special friend, Lois M. Miller.
