Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 10, 2013 in Glenwood Cemetery (Section D), Shelbyville with Gary Crowder officiating. Memorials may be given to the Shelby Humane Society. Howe and Yockey Funeral Home in Shelbyville is in charge of arrangements.
Judy was born on September 6, 1948 in Shelbyville, IL, the daughter of Ralph Jacob and Irma Irene Reynolds Warner. She graduated from Shelbyville High School in the Class of 1966. She began working as a secretary in the office at Shelbyville High School and then for Shelby County Land Title Corporation. In 1974, she started working for Shelby County Community Services, Inc. in Shelbyville and retired in October 2012, as an Executive Assistant. She was a former member of the American Business Women’s Association in Shelbyville. She married John M. Donald on July 28, 1979 in Shelbyville. Judy enjoyed traveling, antique shopping and making crafts with her husband John.
She is survived by her husband, John; son, Jason Mars and wife Christy of Springfield, MO; step-son, Danny Donald and wife Rachel of Shelbyville; step-daughters, Sandy Whitaker and husband David of Decatur, Kelly Dodson and husband Mark of Pana and Lori Moreman and husband Mike of Shelbyville; mother, Irma Trimble and husband Delbert of Shelbyville; sister, Julie Warner and husband John of Shelbyville; grandson, Jarrett Mars; step-grandchildren, Jaycie Shugart and husband Christopher, Holly Henderson and husband David, Daniel Reynolds and wife Ossie, Marissa Sims and husband Tyler, Taylor Dodson, Tonya Wieneke and husband Mark, Travis Ulmer and wife Brooke, Cade Saddoris, Tammy Springer and husband David, Denver Donald, Clayton Donald, Emily Foster, McKenna Donald, Karac Donald and Rheana Donald; 16 step-great grandchildren; niece, Stacy Parkinson and husband Matt of Aledo; and nephew, Matthew Warner of Shelbyville.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph; brother, James Russell “Jimmy” Warner; and her grandparents.
