Kenneth M. Stokes , 64, of Shelbyville, IL, passed away at 7:27 a.m. Sunday, July 30, 2023 in HSHS Good Shepherd Hospital, Shelbyville, IL.

In keeping with Kenneth’s wishes, no services will be held. Arrangements are by Howe & Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville, IL.

Kenneth was born on November 26, 1958 in Chicago, IL, the son of John and Lucille (Scaccia) Stokes. He earned his associates degree and later worked at Pro-Lube in Shelbyville, for several years.

Kenneth is survived by his loving friend, Brenda Payne of Shelbyville, IL; son, Kenny Stokes, Jr.; and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
