Larry Lee Litz , 79, of Shelbyville, IL, formerly of Muncie, IN, passed away at 7:07 p.m. Tuesday, December 12, 2023 in Shelbyville Manor.

In keeping with Larry’s wishes, no services are being planned.  Memorials may be given to the church of your choice.  Arrangements are by Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville, IL.

Larry was born on February 7, 1944 in Audubon Twp., Montgomery Co., IL, the son of Homer Chris and Nellie Leona (Thompson) Litz.  He was a U.S. Army veteran stationed in Texas.  Larry most recently worked as a farmhand on a livestock farm near Muncie, IN.

He is survived by his brothers, Marion and Roger; and sisters, Trudy, Brenda, Crystal, Christine, Lanetta, and Nancy.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Nellie; and one brother, Melvin.
