Private family graveside services will be held Thursday, December 17, 2015 at Glenwood Cemetery, Shelbyville, IL with Tim Smith officiating. Memorials may be given to Cancer Care Specialists of Central Illinois. Arrangements are by Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville, IL.
Linda was born on January 21, 1939 in Shelbyville, Illinois, the daughter of Carl Raymond and Daisy Irene Fleming Broyles. She married Luther Paul Johnson on February 9, 1962.
She is survived by her husband, Paul; children, Jeff Smith of Indianapolis, IN, Brad Smith of New Waverly, TX, Tim Smith and wife Mary of Moweaqua, IL, Tom Smith of Kirbyville, TX, Julie Boehm and husband Keith of Shelbyville, IL, Greg Johnson and wife Melony of Shelbyville, IL and William Kroncke and wife Nicki of Shelbyville, IL; twenty grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
She was a loyal wife and loving mother as well as a friend to many. She will be sadly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Patsy Paulson.
