Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 10, 2017 in Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville, IL with Rev. Lynette DeAtley officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. Burial will be in Washington Cemetery, near Shelbyville, IL. Memorials may be given to the American Diabetes Association or American Heart Association.
Lynda was born on January 8, 1948 in Lawrenceville, IL, the daughter of Russell and Loretta Turner Fulton. She graduated from Lawrenceville High School. Lynda was a waitress at Guy’s Steakhouse, Interstate Café and Shelby Bowl all in Shelbyville, IL. She married Richard “Fuzz” Orsborn in1971. He died on April 27, 2008.
She is survived by her sons, Earl Orsborn (Janice) and Dick Orsborn all of Shelbyville, IL; sister, Faye Pace of Springfield, IL; brothers, Roy Fulton of Lawrenceville, IL and Jerry Fulton of Corpus Christi, TX; four grandchildren, Richard Orsborn (Nicole), Keetra Pope (Kris), Jeremy Orsborn and Nicci Orsborn; six great grandchildren, Zach, Jay, Nick, Rylee, Blayne and Bentlee; and special friend, Stephanie Myo of Shelbyville, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard Orsborn; and brothers, John and Ross Fulton.
