Funeral Service will be 2 PM Thursday, Feb. 17, 2011 at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with Rev. Kevin Ray officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 5-7 PM at Howe & Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville, IL and from 1-2 PM Thursday at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL. Private family burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Kenney, IL. Memorials may be to the First Christian Church, Shelbyville, IL.
Marjorie was born on Jan. 4, 1928 in Chestnut, IL, the daughter of Hershel and Irene Shyer Aughenbaugh. She married John W. Schoby on Sept. 28, 1947 in Chestnut, IL.
Survivors include her husband, John W. Schoby of Shelbyville, IL; son, Jeff (Devra) Schoby of Riverton, IL; grandchildren, Jeremy and Ashlee Schoby of Riverton, IL and brother, Duane (Betty) Aughenbaugh of Clinton, IL.
She was a member of First Christian Church, Shelbyville, IL. She was also a member of Home Extension and the American Legion Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her parents, infant son Randy Alan and brother Dale and wife Jeane Aughenbaugh.
