Mary C Hoskins

Mary C. (LeCrone) Hoskins, 63, of Carmi, passed away at 4:27 am on Friday, March 11, 2016 at Hospice House of Bowling Green, Kentucky. She was born in Shelbyville, IL on December 30, 1952 the daughter of William “Bill” and Lois June (Ruff) LeCrone. Mary formerly owned “Mary’s Hallmark” in Carmi and was also employed by CVS. She attended the First Christian Church in Carmi.

Mary is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Ryan and Michele Hoskins of Bowling Green, KY, Aaron and Sarah Hoskins of Mascoutah, IL, Nicholas and Lori Hoskins of Towanda, IL; one daughter and son-in-law, Melanie and Mike Aslinger of Bloomington, IL; seven grandchildren, Gabe, Noah, Levi, Adam, Violet, Mayson and Makynzie; a brother, Bill LeCrone of Effingham, IL; and a sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Steve Maxwell of Marion, IL. Mary was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Jim LeCrone.

Funeral Services for Mary C. Hoskins, 63, of Carmi will be held at 5:00 pm on Sunday, March 13, 2016 at the Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi with Greg Grant officiating. Friends may call from 2:00 pm until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Glenwood Cemetery in Shelbyville, IL., at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 15, 2016. Memorials may be made in Mary’s memory to Stay Positive Stay Aggressive, P.O. Box 341, Carmi, IL 62821 and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi.
