Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 13, 2016 in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Shelbyville, IL with Father Don Wolford officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Wednesday in the church. Committal service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, January 14, 2016 in Resurrection Cemetery Chapel, Justice, IL. Memorials may be given to National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Mary was born January 23, 1944 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of George and Beatrice “Bessie” Marek Belchak. She was member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Shelbyville, IL. She married Ronald J. Patrylak on April 22, 1967.
Mary is survived by her husband Ronald; sons, Christopher Patrylak and wife Beth of Algonquin, IL and George Patrylak and wife Roxanne of Collinsville, IL; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
