Mary E. (Stansberry) Beckman Rincker, 95, of Shelbyville, IL, passed away at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at Shelbyville Manor, surrounded by family.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville, IL, with Rev. Kene Whybrew officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Monday, November 11, 2024, and 9:00-10:00 a.m. Tuesday, both in the funeral home. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Shelbyville, IL. Memorials may be given to Lutheran Ladies of Strasburg.
Mary was born on April 24, 1929, in Arthur, IL, the daughter of Earl F. and Cecile Rose (Eskew) Stansberry. Mary attended Findlay High School. She married Carl H. Beckman and they later divorced. She then married Loyd F. Rincker on July 11, 1965, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church of Strasburg, IL, where she was a member.
Mary is survived by her children, Connie J. (Ron) Middleton of Shelbyville, IL, LeeAnna Warner of Fort Worth, TX, and Micheal C. (Beverly) Beckman of Shelbyville, IL; four very special grandchildren, Travis (Amy) Hatfield, Troy (Michelle) Hatfield, Tracey Wilkinson, and Tanner (Alena) Kearby; six step-grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 11 step great grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Loyd on July 26, 2022; son, Scott H. Beckman; granddaughter, Tiffany D. Wilkinson; brother and sister-in-law, Jack F. and Rita K. Stansberry; and sister and brother-in-law, Barbara S. and Ralph White.
