Nadine Graven

Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 26, 2011 in Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville with Rev. Kevin Ray officiating. Visitation from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday. Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society/Relay for Life.
Mrs. Graven was born on February 14, 1942 in Shelby County, Illinois, the daughter of Courtney and Wintress Wade McKittrick. Nadine was a member of the First Christian Church of Shelbyville. She married Robert L. Graven on December 23, 1961.
Surviving are her husband, Robert; daughters, Dorenda Lasswell and husband Joel of Tuscola and Keri Graven of Decatur; sisters, Lucille Tubb and husband Jim of Phoenix, AZ, Joyce Young of Shelbyville, Lois Helton and husband Ron of Shelbyville and Brenda Nardi and husband Danny of Normal; and four grandchildren, Mackenzie and Kaleigh Smith and William and Patricia Lasswell.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Darlene Crockett; and brothers-in-law, Dwight Crockett and Don Young.
