Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 16, 2015 in Grace Lutheran Church, Strasburg, IL with Rev. Michael Mohr officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00-10:00 a.m. Monday in the church. Burial will be in Grace Cemetery, Strasburg, IL. Memorials may be given to Grace Lutheran Church, Strasburg, IL. Arrangements are by Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Strasburg, IL.
Nina was born on March 23, 1926 in Shelby County, IL, the daughter of Emory and Ruth Kull Stremming. She was baptized on April 18, 1926 at Grace Lutheran Church, Strasburg, IL. Nina was confirmed on May 12, 1940. She married Max Darrel Tabbert on November 27, 1952 in Grace Lutheran Church. Nina was a homemaker and also helped her husband on the farm for over 39 years. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Strasburg, IL.
She is survived by her husband, Max; brother, Dale Stremming and wife Helen of Windsor, IL; sister, Eunice Buesking and husband Fred of Springfield, MO; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Jeffrey Tabbert on May 23, 2004.
