Norma L Litteral

In keeping with Norma’s wishes, no services are planned. Arrangements are by Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville, IL. Burial will be at a later date in Grandview Cemetery, Paris, IL. Memorials may be given to the Shelbyville Public Library or the First Presbyterian Church of Shelbyville, IL.
Norma was born on September 24, 1929 in Martinsville, IL, the daughter of Daily Ernest and Cecil Mildred (Deahl) Kelley. She graduated from Martinsville High School in the Class of 1947. Norma enjoyed working in the Shelby County Clerk’s Office and retired after 22 years of employment. She loved reading and animals, especially cats and horses. Norma attended the First Presbyterian Church of Shelbyville, IL. She married Robert W. Litteral on August 7, 1954. He died on December 24, 2017.
She is survived by her sons, Stephen E. Litteral of Decatur, IL and Scott R. Litteral of Arthur, IL; daughter, Stacy A. Ulm of Auburn, IL; four grandchildren, Michael (Rachel) Litteral, Brian (Kati) Litteral, Spencer Litteral and Samantha Ulm; three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert; daughter, Roberta Litteral; brothers, Eugene, Theron and J.W. Kelley; and sisters, Elizabeth Setzer, Janette Clark and Nell Rosentreter.
