In keeping with Paula’s wishes, a private family service will be held on Monday, September 9, 2019. Memorials may be given to her family in care of Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville, IL.
Paula was born on October 12, 1954 in Effingham, IL, the daughter of Raymond Lee and Emma Mae Stretch Oldham. She graduated from Vandalia High School in the Class of 1972. She enjoyed spending time with her family, fishing, and playing Bingo and Bump.
She is survived by her daughter, Jami Dawn Schmitt (Drew) of Shelbyville, IL; son, James D. Hudson (Dawn) of Shelbyville, IL; brothers, Terry Lynn Oldham of Shelbyville, IL and Brian William Sutton (Sandra) of Shelbyville, IL; grandchildren, Cotey James McCallister and Corey Jon McCallister (Lexi) all of Gillespie, IL and Kacy Michael Alday of Cowden, IL; and great grandchildren, Canton James McCallister and Peyton Mae McCallister all of Gillespie, IL and Lucas James Michael Alday of Cowden, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
