Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday (Dec. 31, 2006) in Howe & Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville with Dr. David Middleton officiating. Visitation from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Sunday. Cemetery arrangements are incomplete. Memorials may be given to donor’s choice.
J.R. was born on July 27, 1967 in U.S.M.H. Asmara Eritrea Ethiopia, the son of Richard Dean and Glendia May Wortman.
Surviving are his father, Richard D. Wortman of Pana; mother, Glendia M. Wortman of Shelbyville; three sisters, Tracy Mount and husband Jess of Indianapolis, IN, Kelly Martin and husband Craig of Shelbyville and Sandy L. Macari of Shelbyville; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
