Graveside services will be held on Saturday, May 19 at 12:00 p.m. in Glenwood Cemetery, Shelbyville. Arrangements are by Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville, IL.
Kenny was born on October 8, 1952 in Shelbyville, IL, the son of Robert Lee and Mary Lou Levenia (Hawk) Spracklen. He attended Shelbyville High School. Kenny formerly owned and operated Shelby Transport in Shelbyville, IL and most recently worked for Tony’s Welding and Repair in Shelbyville.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Lou Allen of Champaign, IL; brother, Bob Spracklen (Linda) of Camargo, IL; sister, Claudia Allen (George) of Villa Grove, IL; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Spracklen.
