Timothy J Fox

A celebration of Tim’s life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville, IL. Memorials may be given to the American Diabetes Association or the VA Hospital in Marion, IL and mailed to Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, 415 N. Broadway, Shelbyville, IL 62565.
Tim was born on January 30, 1959 in Decatur, IL, the son of Roger E. and Janet I. Dugger Fox. He graduated from Shelbyville High School in the Class of 1977 and then attended Lincoln College in Lincoln, IL. Tim then served in the U. S. Navy from 1980 to 1985. He worked for Caterpillar, Zexel, and most recently for Shane Fox in Shelbyville, IL. Tim was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and loved riding his motorcycle and shooting pool. Tim had faith in God and trusted in His timing.
Tim is survived by his mother, Janet I. Wise of Shelbyville, IL: girlfriend, Jeanette Vernon of Shelbyville, IL; “daughter”, Ashley Arbogast of Petersburg, IL; three “grandchildren”; sisters, Theresa Canada (Steve), Cynthia Fox and Christine Brown (Barry) all of Shelbyville, IL; and brother, Anthony Fox of Pontoon Beach, IL.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roger E. Fox; and step-father, Lyle Wise.
