Vicky Lynn Carroll, 68, of Findlay, IL, passed away at 4:37 p.m. Tuesday, September 28, 2021 in HSHS Good Shepherd Hospital, Shelbyville, IL.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 3, 2021 in Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville, IL.  Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 p.m Sunday in the funeral home.  Burial will be in Wright Cemetery, Findlay, IL.  Memorials may be given to the Food Pantry at the First United Methodist Church in Shelbyville.

Vicky was born on May 14, 1953 in Shelbyville, IL, the daughter of Billy Walton and Betty Lou (Baucom) Carroll.  She graduated from Findlay High School in the Class of 1971.  Vicky was a CNA for Home Health Care and later volunteered at “The Gift” in Findlay, IL.  She was a very caring person and was always taking care of others.

She is survived by her daughters, Marti Defend (Mike) of Effingham, IL, Kari Dunn (Eric) of Shelbyville and Sandra Mastali (Reza) of Celebration, FL; brothers, John Carroll (Iris) of Findlay, IL and Jim Carroll of Findlay, IL; sister, Becky Boyd of Shelbyville, IL; sister-in-law, Diane Carroll of Findlay, IL; grandchildren, Sadie and Jake Goralski, Nick Dunn (Cam), Montgomery Miller (Kinsey), Austin Smith, Kylie Smith, Arianna Mastali and Natalie Mastali; one great grandson, Kamdyn Ogden; and her beloved dog, J.D.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Michael W. Carroll, Billy E. Carroll and Jeffrey L. Carroll.
