Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 18, 2015 in Grace Lutheran Church, Strasburg, IL, with Rev. Michael Mohr officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m. Saturday in the church. Burial will be in Grace Cemetery, Strasburg, IL. Arrangements are by Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Strasburg, IL. Memorials may be given to Grace Lutheran Church, Strasburg, IL.
Mrs. Staehli was born on July 28, 1915 in Strasburg, IL the daughter of Theodore and Clara Kull Noffke. She graduated from Strasburg High School. Vivian was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Strasburg, IL. She married John Elmer Staehli on December 20, 1936 and he died on September 26, 1994.
She is survived by her daughter, Phyllis Schultz and husband Eugene of Mattoon, IL; grandchildren, Kimberly Miller and husband Dr. Michael of Evansville, IN and Craig Schultz of Baton Rouge, LA; and great grandchildren, Logan Miller and Alec Miller both of Evansville, IN.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Elmer; and sisters, Vera Grabb and Velma Coffer.
