Liam was born on January 24, 2019 in Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, IL.
He is survived by his parents, Caleb and Kathryn Mathis of Shelbyville, IL; twin brother, Theodore “Theo” Mathis of Shelbyville, IL; paternal grandparents, Tracy and Jillyen Mathis of Fayetteville, NC and Marianne Mathis of Hillsboro, IL; maternal grandparents, Kevin and Leslie Ann Lesko of Mt. Olive, IL and Lisa and Allan Haenel of Staunton, IL; paternal great grandfather, Brandon Mathis of Mt. Olive, IL; maternal great grandmother, Diana Lesko of Mt. Olive, IL; and several aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his paternal great grandparents, Yvonne Mathis and Charles and Marianna Peacock; and maternal great grandparents, Lavada Lolie and George Turner.
