Roger W. HubnerÂ

Roger William Hubner, 74, of Shelbyville, IL, passed away at 6:15 a.m. Saturday, May 25, 2024, in his residence, with his family by his side.
Roger was born on May 27, 1949, in Pana, IL, the son of Roscoe A. and Helen I. (Trueblood) Hubner. He married Paula Sue Wells on October 22, 1967. Roger worked as a truck driver for many years, driving for Wittenberg Farms in Strasburg, IL, and ADM in Decatur, IL.
Roger is survived by his wife, Paula; daughters, Sherry Hubner (Larry) of Lakewood, IL, and Teresa Snyder (Kevin) of Decatur, IL; son, Roscoe Hubner (Alison) of Shelbyville, IL; brother, Steve Hubner of Tower Hill, IL; sister-in-law, Vicki Hubner of Shelbyville, IL; seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roscoe and Helen Hubner; brother, Virgil Hubner; and sister-in-law, Kathy Hubner.
Burial will be at a later date in Glenwood Cemetery, Shelbyville, IL. Arrangements are by Howe & Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville, IL. Memorials may be given to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Shriners Hospitals for Children and mailed to Howe & Yockey Funeral Home, 415 North Broadway, Shelbyville, IL 62565.
